CAN I MAKE AN OFFER ON A PIECE?
The Disneyana Exchange is an international brokerage for retired Disney products, therefore our "Sellers" set the prices when they submit their Listing Agreements. We do not negotiate prices due to the fact that we are bound by contract to sell the item at the submited price. Our
policy is to simply start with the lowest price and work our way up. Please keep in mind that our prices do change constantly depending on what is available at the moment so please feel free to call for the most recent price or check the online and newsletter listings often.

CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN NUMBER RANGE FOR MY SCULPTURE PURCHASE?
The Disneyana Exchange does not keep numbers on file for sculptures (we only keep numbers for 2D Art) due to the fact that many companies, including the WDCC, start their editions at various places in the run. For instance, the actual #1 piece of the Cinderella's Dress was #2500.
In the case of the Big Bad Wolf, it was #7500...and so on. They do this to discourage collectors from chasing numbers and to allow the companies to replace items that may arrive in the USA damaged. Here at the Exchange we can only guarantee that the sculpture(s) are in mint
condition with their original boxes and certification (if applicable), and that they will hold any future secondary market potential.
