Listing with the Disneyana Exchange List of Categories

HOW DO I LIST MY PIECES WITH THE DISNEYANA EXCHANGE?
We would love the opportunity to sell your items. To sell on the website (http://www.disneyanaexchange.com) is the same as selling through the newsletter. You just need to satisfy the following requirements:
1. You must be a current newsletter subscriber. If you would like to preview a complementary copy of our national newsletter, please contact us with your name & address and we'll send one off immediately.
2. You must fill out the Listing Agreement as seen in the Newsletter or through the website. NOTE: Sellers MUST determine their own price. However, you can always check our current listings to see how other sellers are pricing their pieces. Also, you must follow our listing format. For instance, we will not accept listings for complete collections, but we will accept individual listings or listings for a complete series, etc.
3. You must supply any necessary photos....either by Mail or by E-mail (jpeg format works best - feel free to e-mail directly from the website's Homepage.)
That's about it. As soon as we have your information, we'll add 10% to the price that you have listed and put this information in our database. As soon as a sale is perfected, we will call you and request that the item be sent into the Exchange for inspection (seller is responsible for shipping charges to the Exchange). Provided your piece meets our inspection standards and there are no other complications, you can expect to receive payment generally 3-6 weeks from the day you ship the piece to us. I would like to sign up for your free newsletter but I am hestitant since you do not have a privacy policy listed there.
I do not want my name, address or phone or e-mail inforamtion sold.
It would be more comforting if you had some buttons that l could check that assured me that none of my information will be sold or used for marketing purposes.

Thank you for contacing The Disneyana Exchange Service. You bring up a VERY good point and one that I will need to address online (our subscribers already know this). Every transaction, email, list, Listing Agreement, Payment, etc. is held in complete confidence. At NO TIME will lists ever be shared or private information sold. In fact, we don't even let our employees see this infomation (smile). Both Kip and I (Owners) are very much sticklers about this, so rest assured that all information sent to us will stay with us. Even though we offer a "secure site", please feel free to call toll free or fax if you feel safer.
