  • DOES THE DISNEYANA EXCHANGE GUARANTEE THE CONDITION OF EACH PIECE?

    The following are the policies regarding condition of purchases: All pieces sold by the Disneyana Exchange must be in mint condition with their original boxes and certification. Our policy is to ensure that each piece will hold their future secondary market value. Boxes are judged on a case by case basis. Rips and or damage to the outside box is not allowed. General wear is allowed such as bends in the tab to open the box.   Returns and replacements are handled in the following way:

    The Disneyana Exchange professionally packages and insures all shipments. Should you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. It is important that the buyer saves the original shipping carton and all packaging supplies otherwise a replacement or refund will not be possible. The Disneyana Exchange will then contact Federal Express and arrange for a damaged inspection to take place at the delivery location within 24 hours. The Exchange will then confirm with Federal Express that a claim process will commence, and we will take steps to secure a replacement. In the event a replacement cannot be found, a refund will be issued when the claim has been settled.

    The Disneyana Exchange inspects every item that is shipped out. Should you be unhappy with an undamaged item, please contact the Disneyana Exchange within 3 days of receipt. To receive a replacement, it is the buyers responsibility to return the merchandise to the Disneyana Exchange within 7 business days. All returned merchandise must arrive in mint condition, with it’s appropriate box and certificate, along with the original watermark intact. The Disneyana Exchange stands behind every item that is shipped, and will make every effort to replace the piece in question. Our policy regarding replacements is this: Since all merchandise is examined and approved by at least 2 members of our shipping staff, we will happily replace an item once. After this we have to deem the customer as too picky and we'll only offer the refund. Being that many of our items were massed produced, the Exchange cannot guarantee things that are beyond our control such as how a piece was painted or the color hue. In the event a replacement cannot be obtained, a full refund will be issued.
